Privacy Policy

Account and community: if you sign up (email only, no password: you get a 6-digit login code) we collect your email, a username, and the content you post (threads, replies, votes). This lets you log in, use the SMC analysis generator (2 free uses) and take part in the community.

Buying indicators: if you buy a digital product, payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. We only receive your email and order details, to deliver the product and for tax purposes.

Transactional email: order confirmation emails are sent via Resend, a third-party email provider.

Browsing and analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. In Europe, tracking defaults to "denied" (Google Consent Mode) until you give consent.

Advertising: we use Google AdSense to show ads, which may use its own and third-party cookies, including for personalization, based on your Google account's privacy settings.

AI assistant: if you use the site's assistant, the text you write is sent to Google Gemini to generate a reply.

We process your data to perform our contract with you (account, purchases), for legal obligations (invoicing), for legitimate interest (site security, abuse prevention), or with your consent (non-essential cookies, personalized ads).

Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (site hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Google (Analytics and AdSense) and Google Gemini (AI assistant) process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own terms. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Market-data providers (TwelveData, Finnhub, FRED) only receive anonymous technical requests, with no personal data.

Some providers (e.g. Google, Stripe, Resend) may process data outside the European Economic Area, based on standard contractual clauses or other safeguards required by the GDPR.

Account data and posted content are kept until the account is deleted. Purchase/billing data is kept for the period required by Italian tax law (usually 10 years).

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing, by writing to cashprintmoney@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).

The site uses technical cookies necessary for it to work (login, preferences) and, where consent is given, analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising (Google AdSense) cookies. You can manage cookies from your browser settings.

The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
