Most account damage comes from behaviour, not from a bad strategy. Three classics: FOMO: entering late because price is running and you don't want to miss it. Fix: define your entry conditions in advance; if you missed it, there is always another setup. REVENGE TRADING: opening an oversized position right after a loss to win it back. Fix: a daily loss limit (for example 2-3% of the account); when it's hit, you stop for the day. OVERTRADING: taking trades out of boredom or just to be in the market. Fix: a maximum number of trades per day and a checklist that every trade must pass. A simple habit that helps: write down how you feel before each trade in your journal. Patterns show up quickly.
